- The insured must be between 6 months and 75 years of age, calculated from the policy start date, for single-trip travel insurance plans.
- The insured must be between 6 months and 60 years of age, calculated from the policy start date, for annual travel insurance plans.
- The insured must be between 14 and 49 years of age, calculated from the policy start date, for overseas student travel insurance plan.
- The insured person must be a resident of Thailand.
- The insured person can purchase travel insurance up to 6 months in advance of the departure date.
- The insured person must purchase travel insurance at least 2 hours before departure. Insurance cannot be purchased or modified after the insured person has left Thailand.
- The insured person must depart from and return to Thailand.
- The insured person should check the list of excluded countries before purchasing the insurance.
- Travel insurance does not cover losses or damages resulting from physical injuries or illnesses related to pre-existing medical conditions.
- The insured person must not be traveling to participate in, train for, or compete in any type of professional or amateur sports.
- The insured person must not be traveling for work or activities in high-risk environments, such as labor-intensive jobs, machinery operations, offshore oil or gas rigs, underground mining, or commercial fishing.
- The insured person must not be traveling to participate in hazardous or extreme sports, including but not limited to skateboarding, BMX biking, rock climbing, Powerbocking, Free solo climbing, Free running, volcano surfing, jet skiing, free diving, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, BASE jumping, heli-skiing, canyon swinging, and cliff jumping.
If an accident or sickness should occur during an overseas trip, you may incur a lot of expenses. Furthermore, Travel insurance is required to apply for a Schengen Visa.
Yes, we also offer annual policies that provides coverage for a maximum of 365 days per trip, for an unlimited number of trips.

Yes, but they must notify us before the inception date stated in the policy.
We offer two types of plans:
1. Outbound Travel Plan: Covers travelers aged 6 months to 75 years.
2. Student Plan: Covers students aged 14 to 49 years.
A refund is only available if your visa is rejected, with proof from the embassy. You must notify the company before the policy’s coverage start date. No refund will be provided in other cases.
