How to Register for Your Airport Lounge Benefit

1. Receive your Registration Code

After purchasing your travel insurance and receiving your policy, you will receive an email from the Company containing your Registration Code and a link to register for the benefit.

2. Register for the Benefit

Enter your Registration Code through the applicable link below:

Single Trip Plan:

Annual Plan:

You must complete your registration at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time. If you do not register, or if your registration is not successfully completed within the required timeframe, you will be deemed to have waived your entitlement to this benefit.

3. Enter Your Flight Details

Enter the details of all your scheduled flights, including your outbound and return flights and any connecting flights.

You can register up to:

• 3 flights for the Single Trip Plan
• 15 flights for the Annual Plan

4. Enter Your Passenger Details

Enter your first and last name exactly as shown on your passport.

5. Receive Your Registration Confirmation

Once your registration has been successfully completed, you will receive a registration confirmation email at the email address you provided.

How to Access the Airport Lounge When Your Flight Is Delayed

1. Receive Your Lounge Access e-Voucher

If your registered flight is delayed by more than 120 minutes, you will receive an email from the service provider, smartdelaysupport@collinsongroup.com, notifying you of the flight delay. The email will include an e-voucher with a QR code that can be used to access a participating airport lounge within the LoungeKey™ network.

2. Present Your QR Code and Passport

Present the QR code together with your passport to the staff at the participating LoungeKey™ airport lounge to access the lounge.

Terms and Conditions

1. This benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Allianz travel insurance product.
2. The Registration Code cannot be exchanged for or redeemed for cash, goods, services, or any other benefits.
3. Policyholders must have a device with an internet connection and the ability to open PDF files in order to receive and present their airport lounge access benefit.
4. If the registered flight is delayed as specified, the policyholder will receive an e-voucher by email for complimentary access to participating airport lounges within the LoungeKey™ network, with more than 1,700 lounges worldwide. Certain premium services or facilities within participating lounges may incur additional charges, which must be paid by the policyholder.

6. Airport lounge access in the event of a flight delay is subject to the rules and policies of each participating lounge. Access is also subject to lounge capacity and may not be available when the lounge is operating at full capacity. Please check with lounge staff before entering.
7. The Company reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the use of the benefit Registration Code or airport lounge access if the policyholder fails to comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
8. The terms and conditions of this benefit may be amended or changed without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
